In order to reassign your plan to a different website, go to your user settings and click on "My plans".
Under "My plans", you can view all of the plans you have purchased:
Clicking on "Assign Plans" will open a new window, which allows you to move one of your plans to another website you have built that isn't conected to a plan (free).
If you delete a website that is conected to a plan, your plan will appear in your list and only the site will be deleted.
